Animal Farm: Utopia The meaning of Utopia is "no place." An Utopia is a perfect society in which the social, political, and monetary wrongs harrowing mankind have been cleared out. This is a thought shown in socialist governments. In the novel, Animal Farm, by George Orwell Old Major's thoughts of an Utopia are changed in light of the fact that of Napoleon's terrible authority.      Old Major clarifies his fantasies and thoughts to all the creatures before he passes on.
